Tulsa, Oklahoma

News 1Last weekend driver Bill Litton joined up with Randy Meyer and his race team to test in Tulsa, Oklahoma! Litton was itching to get behind the wheel of Meyer’s new racecar and at 5:28pm on June 12th, he got his chance. The burn out was textbook. Litton rocketed down the track… and at the eighth mile he clocked 3.555 seconds at 223.54 mph! Even coasting from the 1/8th he crossed the quarter mile mark with a 5.450 at 222.29 mph. Crew chief estimates are that, had this run been a full pull to the finish line, it would have been a high 5.20 or low 5.30! More to come… Litton Racing is gaining momentum!

News 2Litton Racing heads into the home stretch as we near less than three weeks out from the Chicago Nationals at Route 66 Raceway. Anticipation from the Litton camp is running high after successful Tulsa testing! Driver Bill Litton is ready to get back in the seat again and felt good about doing the test run in Tulsa. “I hadn’t been in the driver seat since Las Vegas and it felt great in the new car and back on the track! The new car was amazing and pulled incredibly hard on the front half.” He’s looking forward to working with the former World Champ Randy Meyer and learning from one of the best in the business. Here’s to time slips and tune-ups. We’ll see you at the Joliet races!
